Shroomagic products are designed and sold solely for the cultivation of legal, non-psychoactive mushrooms, including gourmet and medicinal varieties. Shroomagic does not promote, support, or affiliate with the cultivation, possession, or distribution of magic mushrooms, psilocybin, or any illegal or controlled substances.
By purchasing or using Shroomagic products, you agree to use them in full compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations. You acknowledge that laws vary by jurisdiction, and it is your sole responsibility to determine what is legal in your location.
Shroomagic assumes no responsibility or liability for any use of its products that violates applicable laws or regulations.

If an order is not accepted, modified, or canceled, we will attempt to notify you using the email, billing address, or phone number provided at the time the order was placed.
All returns and exchanges are subject to our Refund Policy.

Once products are transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

Shopify’s name, logo, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are the trademarks of their respective owners.

Shroomagic is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. All purchases are made directly with Shroomagic. You acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and Shroomagic, including product quality, delivery, or any injury or loss. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from claims related to your purchases.
