Return Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges for non-quality issues.
Return Conditions for Quality Issues Only:
Requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your item.
Items must be in their original condition, unused, with tags attached.
Items must be in their original packaging.
You will need to provide photos of the item as proof of the issue.
Return Process:

Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Shipping & Fees:
Original Shipping & Taxes: Original shipping costs and taxes (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued for the item price minus the original shipping and taxes.
International Orders:
We strive to provide high-quality products and services; however, we cannot process returns for international orders.
Due to the complexity of international shipping, customs, and regulations, all products shipped outside our North American regions are considered final sale.
We kindly ask international customers to carefully review product details before placing an order to ensure it meets your needs.
Refunds:
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days.
Please note your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process the refund.
